Notice NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING BEACON TRADEPORT COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT A special meeting of the Board of Supervisors of the Beacon Tradeport Community Development District will be held on June 4, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the Dolphin Mall Management Office, 11401 N. W. 12th Street, Miami, Florida 333172, this meeting is intended to replace the regularly scheduled meeting of May 28, 2026, which was canceled due to lack of quorum The purpose of this meeting of the Board of Supervisors ("Board") is for the Board to discuss and consider the minutes of the February 26, 2026 meeting, resolution approving the fiscal year 2027 budget and setting a public hearing, resolution recognizing the contributions and service of Pete Moreno to the district, discussion of the upcoming landowners elections , staff reports, the monthly financial reports of the District, and for the Board to address any other business which may properly and lawfully come before it. The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. A copy of the agenda for this meeting may be obtained from the District Manager, 5385 N. Nob Hill Rd. Sunrise FL 33351. This meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting.
