NOTICE OF AUDITOR SELECTION COMMITTEE MEETING AND NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE LE JEUNE GARDENS Community Development District The Board of Supervisors of the Le Jeune Gardens Community Development District will hold an Auditor Selection Committee Meeting and regular meeting on August 4th, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., at 800 South Douglas Road, 8th Floor, Miami, Florida 33134. The Auditor Selection Committee will review, discuss, evaluate, and rank any proposals the District receives pursuant to solicitations for auditing services. Immediately following the Auditor Selection Committee meeting, the Board of Supervisors of the District will hold its regular meeting to consider any and all business which may properly come before it. The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law. One or both of the meetings may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at such meeting.
