Pursuant to Section 33-310.1(A)(III) of the Code of the Mi- ami-Dade County, the Assistant Director of the Miami-Dade County Department of Regulatory and Economic Resources has approved without condition(s) the request for Administra- tive Modification to abandon previous zoning actions and the executed Declaration of Restrictions recorded for properties lo- cated at 14880 SW 26th Street and 2710 SW 148th Path, in unincorporated Miami-Dade County, Florida. The request fully conforms with Code Section 33-310.1(A)(III) regarding Modifi- cation or Elimination of Conditions and Restrictive Covenants Associated with Voluntarily Abandoned Zoning Actions.

The Applicant requests the deletion of Resolution No. Z-8-10, amended by Resolution No. Z-10-17 and modified by Resolution No. CZAB10-7-17, altogether consider as “Previous Approval”, and the voluntary release of the declaration of restrictions asso- ciated with the “Previous Approvals”, as they are recorded in the Miami-Dade County Official Records Book 27307, Page 2471 and in the Miami-Dade County Official Records Book 30668, Pages 3404-3431, altogether consider as “the Declarations”
The approval of the request will allow the applicant to increase the number of registered students invoking the standards set forth by the Florida Statute No. 1002.33(18)(a) related with “The Charter School Fair Treatment Statute”.
