Pursuant to Section 33-310.1(A)(V)(B) of the Code of the Mi- ami-Dade County, the Assistant Director of the Miami-Dade County Department of Regulatory and Economic Resources has approved with condition(s) the following request for Admin- istrative Modification to modify previously recorded Declaration of Restrictions recorded in the Miami-Dade County Official Re- cords Book 34644, Page 2709, which is associated with Reso- lution No.Z-7-25, passed and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of Miami-Dade County on January 30, 2025.

1. Modification of Modification of Condition #3 of the Decla- ration of Restrictions recorded in the Miami-Dade County Offi- cial Records Book 34644, Page 2709, reading as follows:
FROM: “3) Workforce Housing Commitment: The owner agrees to set aside all dwelling units on the Property as a “workforce housing unit,” as such term is defined in Section 33-193.6 of the County Code, in accordance with the provisions of Article XIIA of the Code.”
TO: “3) Workforce Housing Commitment. The Owner agrees to set aside all dwelling units on the Property as a “workforce housing unit,” as such term is defined in Section 33-193.6 of the County Code, in accordance with the provisions of Article XIIA of the Code, except that the 60 percent threshold shall not apply.
The purpose of the Administrative Modification is to eliminate the minimum range (60%) of the Workforce Housing Commit- ment definition, to permit the dedication of all the units in the development with no floor limits.
