Public Notice This will confirm that a meeting of the Miami-Dade County Value Adjustment Board (the “VAB”) will be held on Wednesday, May 27, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. at the Miami-Dade County Commission Chambers located on the second floor of the Stephen P. Clark Center at 111 N.W. 1st Street, Miami, Florida, to consider the following: I. Approve meeting minutes from the previous VAB meeting. II. Hear from the public, if any members of the public wish to speak. III. Discuss VAB Petition Filing Fees. IV. Adoption of Special Magistrate recommendations / written findings to the VAB for the remaining uncertified property assessments (folios) for tax year 2025. V. Final certification of the 2025 property tax rolls (i.e., as to all assessments initially certified on an unadjusted basis on October 14, 2025 and for which VAB hearings were held and Special Magistrates’ recommendations submitted prior to May 27, 2026). VI. Approve and authorize the publication of the 2025 Tax Impact Notice. VII. Such other business as may properly come before the Board.
