CITY OF MIAMI DOWNTOWN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF MIAMI NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC A public hearing of Board of Directors' meeting will be held by the Downtown Development Authority of the City of Miami, Florida ("Miami DDA"), an agency of the City of Miami ("City") on May 27, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at 1 SE 3rd Avenue, Floor 15, Miami, FL, 33131 for the purpose of procuring Premier Soccer Investments LLC to design and construct public soccer pitches at a portion of 48 E. Flagler Street, 76 E. Flagler Street, and 41 SE 1st Street, Miami, FL 33131, in an amount not to exceed $400,000.00. The Board of Directors of the Miami DDA will be considering the following resolution: A RESOLUTION OF THE DOWNTOWN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA ("MIAMI DDA"), WITH ATTACHMENT(S), BY A FOUR-FIFTHS (4/5THS) AFFIRMATIVE VOTE, AFTER AN ADVERTISED PUBLIC BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING, RATIFYING, APPROVING, AND CONFIRMING THE CEO/EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR'S FINDING AND RECOMMENDATION, ATTACHED AND INCORPORATED AS EXHIBIT "B," THAT COMPETITIVE NEGOTIATION METHODS AND PROCEDURES ARE NOT PRACTICABLE OR ADVANTAGEOUS FOR THE MIAMI DDA PURSUANT TO SECTION 18-85(A) OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED; WAIVING THE REQUIREMENTS FOR SAID PROCEDURES; AUTHORIZING THE ENGAGEMENT OF PREMIER SOCCER INVESTMENTS LLC, A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $400,000.00, TO DESIGN AND CONSTRUCT SOCCER PITCHES/FIELD LOCATED AT A PORTION OF 48 E. FLAGLER ST, 76 E FLAGLER ST, AND 41 SE 1ST STREET, MIAMI, FL 33131; AUTHORIZING THE CEO/EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO NEGOTIATE AND EXECUTE ANY AND ALL NECESSARY DOCUMENTS, ALL IN FORMS ACCEPTABLE TO THE GENERAL COUNSEL, FOR SAID PURPOSE.
