Pursuant to Section 33-310.1. A(I) of the Code of Miami-Dade County, the Assistant Director of the Department of Regulatory and Economic Resources has approved the following Substan- tial Compliance Determination
D2025000036: Substantial Compliance Determina- tion for Adrian Builders at Miller Road III, LLLP, Inc., for a property located at 9990 SW 56th Street, in un- incorporated Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Plans entitled: “MILLER III OFFICE BUILDING,” as prepared by Cabrera Ramos Architects, Inc., consisting of six (6) sheets dated stamped received November 26, 2025, one (1) sheet dated stamped received March 24, 2026, and one (1) sheet dated stamped received April 8 , 2026; Civil Plans, prepared by S.R.S. Engineering, Inc., consisting of thirteen (13) sheets dated stamped received April 8, 2026; for a total of twenty-one (21) sheets, were found to be substantially in accordance by the Department of Regulatory and Economic Resources with previous plans approved pursuant to Resolution No. Z-11-18, passed and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners, Miami-Dade County on July 19, 2018.
Any property owner in the area may appeal a decision by filing an appeal of Administrative Decision application on or before June 16, 2026.
