COMMUNITY ZONING APPEALS BOARD 10 will hold a Public Hearing on the following zoning applications on June 1, 2026, at 6:30p.m. at Ruben Dario Middle School 350 NW 97 AVENUE, Miami, Fl.
T H I S I S A N I N - P E R S O N M E E T I N G APPLICANT: BERENICE DE LA VEGA Z2024000066 The application is to allow an existing detached structure to be used as a single- family residence and to allow the structure to be located closer to the interior side property line than required by Code. Additionally, the applicant also seeks to allow an oversized recreational vehicle to be parked on the subject property, and for the same recreational vehicle to be parked closer to the side street property line than otherwise required by code.
1) UNUSUAL USE to permit a complex of buildings to be used as a single-family residence.
2) NON-USE VARIANCE to permit the complex of buildings (existing rear structure) to setback a minimum of 5’ (7'-6" required) from the interior (north) property line.

4) NON-USE VARIANCE of the setback requirements to permit a recreational vehicle to setback 5’-5” (7'-6" required) from the interior (north) property line.

NON-USE VARIANCE to permit an existing terrace addition to a single-family residence to setback 20’ (25’ required for 50% of the lineal footage of the width of the house and 15’ required for balance) from the rear (north) property line.
