CITY OF HIALEAH ADVERTISEMENT & REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) The City of Hialeah, Florida, will receive electronic (sealed) bids for the project entitled: Police Access Control System Upgrade until Friday, June 26, 2026, via the City’s e-Procurement Portal located at https:// procurement.opengov.com/portal/cityofhialeahfl. The responses must be submitted electronically in the manner specified below in the electronic submittal method described below and in no other manner. Bids submitted in any other manner will not be considered. Police Access Control System Upgrade BID #2025-26-027 Contract documents, including drawings, technical specifications, addendums, and Bid forms may be obtained by registering for free at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cityofhialeahfl. The City of Hialeah is seeking to contract with a qualified vendor to replace the existing Keri Systems key card access control systems with Motorola Avigilon Alta access control systems at various Police Department locations citywide. The project will include approximately 144 doors and 25 gates that require secure access control integration. In addition to the system replacement, the City intends to enter into a maintenance agreement with the awarded vendor for up to five (5) years to provide ongoing support and maintenance for the installed systems. This solicitation will require a turnkey solution, including, but not limited to, all necessary hardware, software, licensing, installation, configuration, and any additional components required to deliver a fully operational access control system.
