DISTRICT BOUNDARY CHANGE from AU, Agricultural District, to EU-1, Single-Family One Acre Estate District. LOCATION: 13390 SW 200 Street, Miami-Dade County. NON-USE VARIANCE to permit an existing covered terrace addition to a single-family residence to setback 4’-0” (10’ required) from the interior side (south) property line.
