View original filePublic Notice ADMINISTRATIVE MODIFICATION ADVERTISEMENT Pursuant to Section 33-310.1(A)(II) of the Miami-Dade County Code, the Assistant Director of the Miami-Dade County Department of Regulatory and Economic Resources has approved the following request for Administrative Modification: to correct a scrivener’s error in condition # 3 of Zoning Resolution No. CZAB14-5-26, passed and adopted by the Community Zoning Appeals Board #14 on January 14, 2026. The modification of the conditions also relates to the Declaration of Restrictions proffered in connection with zoning application process number Z2025000149.
The purpose of this modification is to allow the applicant to expand the recreational areas for an existing children’s home by adding a 1,368-square-foot- roofed structure to be use as part of the recreational shaded area in the site.
