The district boundaries, as shown on the map below, are bounde d by: SW 189 Avenue on the east, SW 192 Avenue (Tower Road) on the west, SW 358 Street on the south and SW SW 18 355 Street on the north. 9 Avenue on the east, SW 192 Avenue (Tower Road) on the west, SW 358 Street on the south and SW 355 Street on the north. The CDD is designed to provide a financing mechanism for community infrastructure, facilities and services, along with certain ongoing operations and maintenance for San Diego Villas CDD. Th e CDD boundaries encompass approximately 23.09 acres with approximately $16.055 million in infrastructure costs servicing approximately 224 villa units. Interested parties may: 1. view a live broadcast of the Commission meeting in the lobby of the Stephen P. Clark Government Center, located on the first floor; 2. speak, where permissible, in the Miami-Dade Commission Chambers located on the second floor of the Stephen P. All interested parties may be heard in accordance with the Board’s Rules of Procedure.
