Public Notice ADMINISTRATIVE MODIFICATION ADVERTISEMENT Pursuant to Section 33-310.1(A)(V) of the Code of the Miami-Dade County, the Assistant Director of the Miami-Dade County Department of Regulatory and Economic Resources has approved with condition(s) the following request for Administrative Modification to amend Condition #2 of Resolution No. 5-ZAB-351-95 passed and adopted by the Zoning Appeal Board on September 6, 1995, and further modified by Resolution No. CZAB5-4-01, passed and adopted by Board of County Commissioners on June 28, 2001. The purpose of this modification is to allow the applicant to expand the existing Walmart by adding 4,109 square feet of store area to better accommodate online orders. Additionally, the modification will involve changes to the existing parking lot, including the designation of 45 pickup parking spaces, as well as restriping crosswalks, updating pavement markings, and refreshing signage throughout the store. Property Location: 5851 NW 177th Street, Miami-Dade County, Florida Request(s): FROM : “2: That in the approval of the plan, the same be substantially in accordance with that submitted for the hearing entitle ‘Walmart,’ as prepared by Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., dated 1/8/01 and consisting of 5 sheets, and a survey as prepared by American Surveying Company of Tampa, Inc., dated stamped received 4/4/01.” TO: “2. That in the approval of the plan, the same be substantially in accordance with that submitted for the Administrative Modification No. M2024000031 entitled ‘WALMART NO.01590-1003 SUPERCENTER OPD EXPANSION,’ as prepared by CPH Corp., consisting of seventeen (17) sheets dated stamped received March 6, 2026; Landscaping Plans as prepared by CUHACI PETERSON, consisting of three (3) sheets dated stamped received March 6, 2026; and Photometric Plan as prepared by CURRENT Lighting, consisting of one (1) sheet dated stamped received March 6, 2026; for a total of twenty-one (21) sheets.” Any property owner in the area may appeal a decision by filing an appeal application on or before Tuesday, June 9, 2026.
