Notice is also given that a Public Hearing will be held. The PY 2026 AAP outlines proposed projects and activities by the City’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) program to address the identified priority needs and goals in the Consolidated Plan. PY2026 begins on October 1, 2026, and ends on September 30, 2027.
