VILLAGE OF PINECREST Notice of Public Hearing and Adoption of an Ordinance Amending the Land Development Regulations NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village Council will hold a public hearing and consider the ordinance on Second Reading on Tuesday, June 11, 2026, 6:00 p.m. at the Pinecrest Municipal Center, Council Chamber, 12645 Pinecrest Parkway, Pinecrest, Florida. AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PINECREST, FLORIDA AMENDING THE PINECREST CODE OF ORDINANCES, CHAPTER 2, ADMINISTRATION; CHAPTER 15, NUISANCES; CHAPTER 16, OFFENSES AND MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS; CHAPTER 26, STREETS, SIDEWALKS, AND OTHER PUBLIC PLACES; CHAPTER 28, TAXATION; AND CHAPTER 30, LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, INCLUDING ARTICLE 2, DECISION MAKING AND ADMINISTRATIVE BODIES, ARTICLE 3, DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL PROCEDURES, ARTICLE 4, ZONING DISTRICT REGULATIONS, ARTICLE 5, ADDITIONAL REGULATIONS, ARTICLE 6, ENVIRONMENTAL REGULATIONS, ARTICLE 7, SIGNS, AND ARTICLE 9, RULES OF CONSTRUCTION AND DEFINITIONS; PROVIDING FOR AMENDMENT AND ADOPTION; PROVIDING FOR INCLUSION IN THE VILLAGE OF PINECREST CODE OF ORDINANCES; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICT; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
