LE JEUNE GARDENS COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NOTICE OF ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors ("Board") of the Le Jeune Gardens Community Development District ("District") will hold its organizational meeting on Monday, May 4, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at 800 South Douglas Road, 8th Floor, Miami, FL 33134. At such time, the Board is so authorized and may consider any business that may properly come before it.
