NOTICE OF FINAL AGENCY ACTION BY THE SOUTH FLORIDA WATER MANAGEMENT DISTRICT Notice is given that the South Florida Water Management District's (District) Final Agency Action is issuance of a consolidated Environmental Resource Permit# 13-114841-P to the Florida Department of Transportation District Six on February 17, 2026 for the State Road 907/Alton Rd. from Michigan Ave to S of Ed Sullivan Drive Project, located in Miami-Dade County, Section 27, Township 53S, Range 42E. The permit authorizes construction and operation of a stormwater management system serving 0.25 acres of transportation development and installation of 342 linear feet of rip-rap authorized by a Letter of Consent to use Sovereign Submerged Lands. The receiving water body is Biscayne Bay. A copy of the permit can be obtained by contacting the Regulatory Records Management Section, during normal business hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except legal holidays, at 3301 Gun Club Road, West Palm Beach, FL 33406, by telephone at 561-682-6911, by e-mail at permits@sfwmd.gov, or by accessing the permit directly from the District's website (www.sfwmd.gov). The District's agency action is final unless a timely petition for an administrative hearing is filed. A person whose substantial interests are or may be affected by the South Florida Water Management District's action has the right to request an administrative hearing on that action by filing a written petition in accordance with Sections 120.569 and 120.57, Florida Statutes, and Uniform Rules of Procedure Chapter 28-106, Florida Administrative Code. Petitions must be filed either by delivery to the Office of the District Clerk, 3301 Gun Club Road, West Palm Beach, Florida 33406, or by email with the District Clerk at clerk@sfwmd.gov, within 14 days of newspaper publication of the notice of District decision. "Receipt of written notice of agency decision" means receipt of written notice through mail, electronic mail, posting, or publication that the District has taken or intends to take final agency action. Any person who receives written notice of a District decision and fails to timely file a written request for hearing waives the right to request a hearing on that decision. A petition for administrative hearing or other document is deemed filed upon receipt during normal business hours by the Office of the District Clerk at the District's headquarters in West Palm Beach, Florida. The District's normal business hours are 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., excluding weekends and District holidays.
