VILLAGE OF PINECREST NOTICE OF SPECIAL ELECTION TO FILL A VACANCY IN OFFICE COUNCIL SEAT 3 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Election will be held in the Village of Pinecrest, Florida, for the purpose of filling a vacancy in the office of Councilmember, Seat 3, for the unexpired term. Candidates may qualify, during the Qualifying Period, for Council Seat 3, in the Office of the Village Clerk, at the Pinecrest Municipal Center, 12645 Pinecrest Parkway, Pinecrest, Florida. The Qualifying Period shall commence at 12:00 noon on Monday, June 8, 2026 and end at 12:00 noon on Friday, June 12, 2026. All candidates must meet the qualifications for office as prescribed by the Village Charter and applicable laws, and must submit all required forms, documents, and fees within the qualifying period. The Special Election will be held in conjunction with the General Election on November 3, 2026. The successful candidate shall serve for the remainder of the unexpired term for Council Seat 3.
