Public Notice PUBLIC COMMUNITY WORKSHOP Department of Transportation and Public Works (DTPW) Community Workshop North Corridor Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) Master Plan Notice is hereby given that DTPW has scheduled a Community Workshop regarding the North Corridor Transit Oriented Development Master Plan for May 7, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at Miami-Dade College North Campus Building 3, located at 11380 NW 27 Ave Miami, FL 33167. This community workshop will be conducted as an open house and is your opportunity to share ideas about the future of the corridor. Residents will help identify areas where new businesses, housing, and community improvements could help catalyze economic growth for the benefit of residents and surrounding neighborhoods. Through interactive activities, residents will be asked to share what they would like to see around future transit stations, how investments will benefit the community, and what improvements could make it easier and safer to get around the area — whether by transit, walking, biking, or driving NOTE: All meeting materials will be available on the project website after the public meetings.
