Safe Streets and Roads for all (SS4A) – Comprehensive Safety Action Plan BID #2025-26-035 Contract documents, including drawings, technical specifications, addendums, and proposal forms, may be obtained on the City’s e-Procurement Portal located at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/ cityofhialeahfl The City of Hialeah is requesting proposals from interested and qualified Florida licensed attorneys whose membership with the Florida Bar is in good standing to provide Special Magistrate Services in accordance with the City of Hialeah Code of Ordinances Chapter 22 and Florida Statutes Chapter 162, as a Special Magistrate. The primary objective is to promote, protect, and improve the health, safety, and welfare of Hialeah’s citizens by providing an equitable, expeditious, and effective means of enforcing City codes and ordinances. Each Response must be submitted electronically via the City’s e-Procurement Portal located at https:// procurement.opengov.com/portal/cityofhialeahfl no later than the date and time specified below. Bids received after said date and time or in some other manner than as stated above will not be considered, and no time extensions will be granted.
