Pursuant to Section 33-310.1. A(I) of the Code of Miami-Dade County, the Assistant Director of the Department of Regulatory and Economic Resources has approved the following Substantial Compliance Determination:
D2026000005- Substantial Compliance Determination for TPG AG EHC III (LEN) MULTI STATE 2, LLC, for a property located Southeast corner of SW 212 Street and SW 127 Avenue, Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Plans entitled: “VILLACIS”, prepared by PASCUAL, PEREZ, KILIDDJIAN, STARR ARCHITECTS + PLANNERS, consisting of sixty-one (61) sheets dated stamped received March 2, 2026, were found to be substantially in accordance by the Department of Regulatory and Economic Resources with previous plans approved pursuant to Resolution No. CZAB14- 1-26 passed and adopted by the Miami-Dade County Community Zoning Appeals Board, on the 14th day of January, 2026.
