THE PALACE AT CORAL GABLES COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT Notice of Public Meeting The Board of Supervisors of the Palace at Coral Gables Community Development District will hold its regular Board Meeting on Thursday, April 23, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the offices located at 10850 SW 113 Place, Miami, Florida 33176. The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law. The meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting. There may be occasions when Board Supervisors or District Staff may participate by speaker telephone. A copy of the agenda for the meeting may be obtained at the offices of the District Manager, PFM Group Consulting LLC, located at 3501 Quadrangle Blvd., Suite 270, Orlando 32817, (407) 723-5900, during normal business hours, or from the District's website http://palaceatcoralgablescdd.com/.
