THE PALACE AT CORAL GABLES COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT Notice of Public Meeting The Board of Supervisors of the Palace at Coral Gables Community Development District will hold its regular Board Meeting on Thursday, April 23, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the offices located at 10850 SW 113 Place, Miami, Florida 33176. The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law. The meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting. There may be occasions when Board Supervisors or District Staff may participate by speaker telephone. A copy of the agenda for the meeting may be obtained at the offices of the District Manager, PFM Group Consulting LLC, located at 3501 Quadrangle Blvd., Suite 270, Orlando 32817, (407) 723-5900, during normal business hours, or from the District's website http://palaceatcoralgablescdd.com/. Pursuant to provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person requiring special accommodations at the meetings should contact the District Office at (407) 723-5900 at least forty-eight hours prior to the meetings. If you are hearing or speech impaired, please contact the Florida Relay Service at 1-800-955-8770, for aid in contacting the District Office. Any person who decides to appeal any action taken at the meeting is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
