VILLAGE OF PINECREST Notice of Public Hearings and Adoption of an Ordinance Comprehensively Amending the Pinecrest Code of Ordinances Land Development Regulations NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village Council of the Village of Pinecrest, Florida, sitting in its capacity as the Local Planning Agency (LPA) will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at 5:30 p.m., at the Pinecrest Municipal Center, 12645 Pinecrest Parkway, Pinecrest, Florida, to consider and make recommendations to the Village Council regarding the below proposed ordinance. Please note that following the meeting of the LPA, the Village Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, 6:00 p.m. at the Pinecrest Municipal Center, Council Chamber, 12645 Pinecrest Parkway, Pinecrest, Florida, to consider the ordinance on First Reading. AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF PINECREST, FLORIDA, COMPREHENSIVELY AMENDING CHAPTER 30, “LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS,” OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF ORDINANCES, INCLUDING ARTICLE 2, “DECISION MAKING AND ADMINISTRATIVE BODIES,” ARTICLE 3, “DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL PROCEDURES,” ARTICLE 4, “ZONING DISTRICT REGULATIONS,” ARTICLE 5, “ADDITIONAL REGULATIONS,” ARTICLE 6, “ENVIRONMENTAL REGULATIONS,” ARTICLE 7, “SIGNS,” AND ARTICLE 9, “RULES OF CONSTRUCTION AND DEFINITIONS”; PROVIDING FOR AMENDMENT AND ADOPTION; PROVIDING FOR INCLUSION IN THE VILLAGE OF PINECREST CODE OF ORDINANCES; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
