The responses must be submitted electronically in the manner specified below in the electronic submittal method described below and in no other manner. Responses submitted in any other manner will not be considered. Property and Casualty Insurance Brokerage and Other Risk Management Services BID #2025-26-036 Contract documents, including drawings, technical specifications, addendums, and proposal forms may be obtained on the City’s e-Procurement Portal located at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cityofhialeahfl The City of Hialeah (“the City”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive Risk Management Services and to serve as the City’s Broker/ Agent of Record for various lines of insurance coverage. Each Response must be submitted electronically via the City’s e-Procurement Portal located at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cityofhialeahfl no later than the date and time specified below. Bids received after said date and time or in some other manner than as stated above will not be considered, and no time extensions or waivers will be granted.
