ADMINISTRATIVE ADJUSTMENT ADVERTISEMENT
Pursuant to Section 3-30(11)(b) of the Town of Cutler Bay Land Development
Regulations, on March 23, 2026, the Director of the Planning and Zoning
Department granted approval of the following administrative adjustments:

LOCATION: 9805 SW 196 Street Cutler Bay, FL 33157
DESCRIPTION: Administrative adjustment to legalize an existing attached terrace to permit a minimum setback of 12.0 ft. from the Rear side of the property line where the code requires 15.0 ft as per section 3-55(2) of the Town's Land Development Regulations.
Pursuant to Section 3-30(13)(a) of the Town Code, any person aggrieved by this action of the Planning and Zoning Department may appeal the decision to the Town Council by filing an appeal application within thirty (30) days of the decision on or before April 21, 2026.
