Public Notice NOMINATION MEETING NOTICE NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Kendale Lakes Landscape and Maintenance Special Taxing District Advisory Board will hold a Sunshine Meeting to nominate board members to Areas 1, 3, 5, and 7, for the upcoming two-year term, on Thursday, April 16, 2026, at 6:30 PM at the Kendale Lakes Park Recreation Center located at 7850 SW 142nd Avenue. The newly nominated Advisory Board members will represent areas 1, 3, 5, and 7 extending from: Area 1: Outside Circle of Golf Course, North of SW 72 Street to South of SW 56 Street, West of SW 137 Avenue to East of SW 147 Ave; Area 3: South of SW 72 Street to North of Kendale Lakes Blvd, West of SW 137 Avenue to East of SW 142 Avenue; Area 5: South of SW 72 Street to North of Kendale Lakes Blvd, West of SW 142 Avenue to East of SW 147 Avenue; Area 7: South of SW 72 Street to North of SW 80 Street, West of SW 147 Avenue to East of SW 152 Avenue. The general responsibility of the Advisory Board is to serve in an advising capacity to the BCC and the County Administration with respect to matters pertaining to the Kendale Lakes Maintenance Special Tax District. All interested parties may appear at the time and place specified.
