The City of Hialeah, Florida, will receive electronic (sealed) bids for the project entitled: Fire Station 1, Fuel Dispenser Upgrades until Tuesday, April 21, 2026, via the City’s e-Procurement Portal located at https://procurement.opengov.com/ portal/cityofhialeahfl. The responses must be submitted electronically in the manner specified below in the electronic submittal method described below and in no other manner. Responses submitted in any other manner will not be considered. Responses submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

The City of Hialeah, Florida, is seeking proposals for the replacement of (2) two Fuel Dispensers to ensure compliance with the latest environmental and safety regulations, minimize the risk of fuel leaks, and increase the reliability of emergency services and administrative operations located at the Hialeah Fire Station #1, 83 East 5th Street, Hialeah, FL 33010.
Each Response must be submitted electronically via the City’s e-Procurement Portal located at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cityofhialeahfl no later than the date and time specified below. Bids received after said date and time or in some other manner than as stated above will not be considered, and no time extensions or waivers will be granted.
The City’s schedule for this Solicitation is as follows:

The City of Hialeah reserves the right to reject any and all responses, and to decide to re-advertise/re-bid or not, or to waive any informalities or minor irregularities, technicalities, or omissions, in the solicitation process. Responses may be held over by the City of Hialeah Purchasing Division, at its sole discretion, for a period not to exceed one hundred eighty (180) days from the date of opening for the purpose of reviewing the response and investigating the qualifications of the respondents, prior to consideration of the awarding of the contract and must be honored by the Vendor on the same terms and conditions during this period.
Please be advised that this Solicitation is issued subject to the City of Hialeah’s Charter and Code of Ordinances. and the Miami-Dade County “Cone of Silence”, see 2-11.1(t), Miami-Dade County Code, which are deemed as being incorporated by reference in this IFB. Communications with the Mayor, City Council, any Section Committee, and City Staff are restricted.
