Public Notice ADMINISTRATIVE MODIFICATION ADVERTISEMENT Pursuant to Section 33-310.1(A)(V) of the Code of the Miami- Dade County, the Assistant Director of the Miami-Dade County Department of Regulatory and Economic Resources has approved with condition(s) the following request for Administrative Modification to amend Condition #2 of Resolution CZAB12-9-18, passed and adopted by Community Zoning Appeals Board 12 on May 8, 2018, further modified by Administrative Modification M2021000019. Process No: M2025000006 Applicant: Baptist Hospital of Miami, Inc. Property Location: 8900 North Kendall Drive, in unincorporated Miami-Dade County, Florida REQUEST(S): 1. Baptist Hospital of Miami, Inc. requests the Administrative Modification to the Baptist Hospital Main Campus, approved pursuant to Resolution CZAB12-9-18, and further modified by Administrative Modification M2021000019. The modification pertains to the increment of the existing building height by one (1) additional story on the North and South Towers. It will revise a portion of Condition 2 in Resolution No. CZAB12-9-18, reading as follows: FROM: “2. That in the approval of the plans, the same be substantially in accordance with that submitted for the hearing entitled Baptist Hospital of Miami, Inc., by Perkins & Will, consisting of 4 sheets dated stamped received 11/30/21, and 3 sheets dated stamped received 10/18/21; floor plans and building elevations by Zyscovich, consisting of 16 sheets dated stamped received 10/18/21; landscape plans by GSA Design, consisting of 52 sheets dated stamped received 10/18/21; and revised sign plans entitled “Baptist Hospital Main Campus Signage Master Plan” as prepared by The Design Office of Steve Newmann & Friends, LLC, dated stamped received 5/2/18, consisting of 11 sheets within the scope of the ad; for a total of 86 sheets.” TO: “2. That in the approval of the plans, the same be substantially in accordance with that submitted for the hearing entitled ‘Baptist Hospital of Miami, Inc.’, by Perkins & Will, consisting of twenty-five (25) sheets dated stamped received January 26, 2026.” Any property owner in the area may appeal a decision by filing an appeal application on or before Tuesday, April 14, 2026.
