Public Notice Virtual Public Meeting Notice is hereby given that Miami-Dade County Department of Transportation and Public Works (DTPW) has scheduled a virtual public meeting regarding the NE 10th Avenue Bridge Replacement Project No. 20190196, on Thursday, April 1, 2026, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The meeting will be conducted to provide area residents and businesses with information related to the final design, and planned construction of the project, as well as other pertinent information developed by DTPW. The improvements consist of the replacement of the existing NE 10th Avenue Bridge No. 874178 over the Ademar Canal to be designed and constructed to accommodate pedestrian and vehicular traffic. The reconstruction of the bridge also requires the roadway approaches on the north and the south side of the bridge to be reconstructed to tie into the existing roadway typical section. New sidewalks providing pedestrian connectivity traffic between NE 83rd Street and NE 84th Street are to be constructed. Additional project scope includes improvements to the drainage system, signing and pavement markings, and lighting. Funding for this project will be provided from the Mobility Impact Fee (MIF) Zone B, pursuant to Section 33E of the Code of Miami-Dade County.
