NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE FORMATION OF BANK HOLDING COMPANIES (i) Credicorp, Ltd., Hamilton, Bermuda, (ii) Grupo Credito, S.A., Lima, Peru, and (iii) Banco de Credito del Peru, S.A.A., Lima, Peru, have applied to the Federal Reserve Board for permission to acquire a bank. We intend to acquire control of Helm Bank USA, Miami, Florida.
