Public Notice Virtual Community Meeting Miami-Dade County Department of Transportation and Public Works (DTPW) Rehabilitation of West Bridges and William Powell Bridge over Intracoastal Waterway, Rickenbacker Causeway Project No. 20230121 Notice is hereby given that Miami-Dade County Department of Transportation and Public Works (DTPW) has scheduled a virtual public meeting regarding the Rehabilitation of West Bridges and William Powell Bridge over Intracoastal Waterway, Rickenbacker Causeway Project No. 20230121 on Thursday, March 26, 2026, from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. This project is located along the Rickenbacker Causeway over the Intracoastal Waterway in Key Biscayne within Miami-Dade County. The proposed project consists of rehabilitation of the West Bridges (No. 874541 & 874542) and William Powell Bridge (No. 874545) to repair structural deficiencies of the existing bridge both at and below the driving surface. Temporary lane closures will be used to complete repairs to the deck level. All temporary closures will occur during overnight hours to limit disruption to traffic. Project limits: West Bridges (No. 874541 & 874542) and William Powell Bridge (No. 874545) Funding for this project will be provided from causeway Toll Revenue, Miami-Dade County.
