Public comments will be accepted until 4:00 PM on the day of the meeting PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the City of North Miami Beach Planning and Zoning Board shall con- sider the following public hearing item:
A request for recommendation of approval to the Mayor and City Commission of a resolution to adopt the North Miami Beach FIU North Campus| 151st Street Station Area Plan, A Transit Oriented Devel- opment Plan, submitted by the Community Development Department.
A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF NORTH MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, ADOPTING THE NORTH MIAMI BEACH FIU NORTH CAMPUS | 151ST STREET STATION AREA MASTER PLAN, A TRANSIT ORIENTED DEVELOPMENT PLAN; PROVIDING FOR FINDINGS OF FACT; IMPLEMENTATION; SCRIVENER ERRORS; SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
