Public Notice The Public is advised that a Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at 9:30 A.M., by the Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners (BCC) in the Commission Chamber located on the Second Floor of the Miami-Dade Stephen P. Clark Center, 111 N.W. First Street, Miami, Florida 33128. Among other matters to be considered at this meeting, a public hearing will be held at such time that the item is called on the following legislative items: File Number 252311 ORDINANCE RELATED TO THE NARANJA LAKES COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY; REPEALING ARTICLE C, SECTIONS 2-1461 THROUGH 2-1470 OF THE CODE OF MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA; PROVIDING SEVERABILITY, INCLUSION IN THE CODE, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE File Number 252313 RESOLUTION DECLARING, IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 163.357, FLORIDA STATUTES (“ACT”), THE MIAMI-DADE COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, AFTER A PUBLIC HEARING, TO BE THE NARANJA LAKES COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY (“AGENCY”); ACCEPTING THE TRANSFER OF AND ASSUMING ALL OF THE RIGHTS, POWERS, DUTIES, PRIVILEGES, AND IMMUNITIES VESTED BY THE ACT IN THE AGENCY IN THIS BOARD, SUBJECT TO ALL RESPONSIBILITIES AND LIABILITIES IMPOSED OR INCURRED BY THE AGENCY; URGING THE COUNTY MAYOR OR COUNTY MAYOR’S DESIGNEE TO APPOINT APPROPRIATE STAFF; DESIGNATING THE COUNTY ATTORNEY’S OFFICE AS THE LEGAL COUNSEL TO THE AGENCY; AND DIRECTING THE COUNTY MAYOR OR COUNTY MAYOR’S DESIGNEE TO PROVIDE A REPORT All interested parties may appear and be heard at the time and place specified above. Copies of the resolution may be obtained from the Clerk, Board of County Commissioners, 17th Floor of the Miami-Dade County Stephen P. Clark Center, 111 N.W. First Street, Miami, Florida, 33128. A person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board, Agency or Commission with respect to any matter considered at this meeting or hearing will need a record of the proceedings. Such person may need to ensure a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which appeal is to be based.
