PURPOSE: To discuss the 2026-2027 District budget. A copy of the workshop agenda will be made available by 9:30 a.m., February 25, 2026, Citizen Information Center, Room 102, 1450 N. E. Second Avenue, Miami, Florida, 33132. Under extraordinary circumstances, the Board may approve an individual Board member's request to access and participate at this meeting utilizing communications media technology.
