CITY OF HIALEAH ADVERTISEMENT & REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL The City of Hialeah, Florida, will receive electronic (sealed) bids for the project entitled: Federal & State Professional Lobbying Services until Tuesday, March 24, 2026, the bids must be submitted electronically in the manner specified below and in no other manner. Federal & State Professional Lobbying Services BID #2025-26-015 Contract documents, including drawings, technical specifications, addendums, and proposal forms, may be obtained on the City’s e-Procurement Portal located at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cityofhialeahfl The City of Hialeah (the “City”) is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified governmental affairs consulting firms to provide professional lobbying services. The City intends to select two (2) separate firms to provide proactive advocacy, strategic planning, and legislative monitoring: one to represent the City before the executive and legislative branches of the State of Florida, and a second to represent the City before the Federal Government. The goal of this representation is to secure legislation, appropriations, and grant funding for programs and projects identified as priorities by the City. The selected firms will serve as a consistent and effective primary point of contact between the City and state/federal officials. Each Response must be submitted electronically via the City’s e-Procurement Portal located at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cityofhialeahfl no later than the date and time specified below. Bids received after said date and time or in some other manner than as stated above will not be considered, and no time extensions will be granted.
