T H I S I S A N I N - P E R S O N M E E T I N G APPLICANT: LISSET CARRATALA ALFONSO Z2024000116 The application is to allow existing covered terrace addition to a single-family residence to be located closer to the rear and the interior side property lines than required by Code. NON-USE VARIANCE to permit an existing single -family residence with terrace, storage and bath additions to setback 4’-8” (15’ required for 50% of the lineal footage of the entire width of the house and 25’ required for the balance) from the rear (east) property line and to setback a minimum of 7’-2” (7’-6” required) from the interior side (north) property line.
