Public Notice The Board of County Commissioners of Miami-Dade County, Florida, will conduct a public hearing in its meeting room on the 2nd floor of the Stephen P. Clark Government Center, 111 NW 1st Street, Miami, Florida, on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at 9:30 A.M., to consider creation of “Keys Gate North Subdivision Multipurpose Maintenance Special Taxing District.” The Public Hearing has been scheduled pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 18 of the DISTRICT Code of Miami-Dade County. NORTH CANAL DRIVE BOUNDARIES (SW 328 STREET) N (SE 8 STREET) The boundaries of the proposed district are generally described as follows: TRACT "B" 18 1 Bounded on the North by SW 328 Street / North Canal Drive (SE 8 Street); 8 19 Bounded on the East by Theoretical SW 152 Avenue (Theoretical SE 27 Drive); 7 TRACT "D" (PRIVATE ROADS) Bounded on the South by South Canal Drive; 10 9 5 4 Bounded on the West by Theoretical SW 154 Avenue (Theoretical SE 26 Avenue). 2 1 Boundaries are further indicated by the attached map. TRACT "E" TRACT "D" (PRIVATE ROADS) 1 Implementation of the assessment roll will be in accordance with the procedures defined in Chapter 18 of the Code. 26 1 3 7 TRACT "A" The Parks, Recreation and Open Spaces Department has advised that the assessments for all individual properties TRACT "C" TRACT "F" (PUMP STATION) within the district are based on the assessable square foot for the multipurpose maintenance. SOUTH CANAL DRIVE The maintenance assessment covering a 12-month period will be computed by multiplying the total assessable square footage by the rate of $0.1113 per assessable square foot and is based on an estimate of costs if service KEYS GATE NORTH SUBDIVISION were to commence in 2026. In the event any homeowners association or community development district fails to MULTIPURPOSE MAINTENANCE SPECIAL TAXING DISTRICT provide maintenance services, the multipurpose maintenance preliminary assessment roll will be presented to the Board for their consideration. Actual costs to provide multipurpose maintenance services will be determined and SHADING DENOTES AREAS T BE MAINTAINED. SEE ATTACHED SERVICE presented to the Board at that time.
