Clark Government Center, 111 N.W. First Street, Miami, Florida, 33128. The purpose of this workshop is to provide the Board with an updated presentation from Administration and relevant stakeholders, to allow for questions and discussion, and to ensure the Board has the information necessary to support informed decision-making.
