The applications to be reviewed are as follows: DIC Zoning 10:00am Z2025000221 - Parkland West LLC, Edward W. Easton, Trustee of Krome Groves Land Trust, Guherqui International, S.A., and Edward W. Easton Trust (collectively, the “Applicants”) seek approval of a public hearing for the property bounded by SW 136 Street to the north, SW 152 Street to the south, SW 162 Avenue to the east, and SW 177 Avenue (Krome Avenue) to the west, consisting of approximately ±953 gross acres (931.14 net acres), which is currently vacant and unimproved. The Applicants request approval to rezone the Property’s land use designation from AU (Agricultural/ Residential, five acres gross) to UDBPAD (Urban Development Boundary Planned Area Development District), approval of a Development Order, non-use variances to dedicate section line and half-section line roads, and approval of a Development Order for the proposed City Park Development of Regional Impact (DRI).
