LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Wednesday, FEBRUARY 25TH, 2026, at 6:00 P.M., the City of Hialeah Planning and zoning board will hold A Public Hearing in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 3rd Floor, 501 Palm Avenue. THE PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD WILL CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING REQUESTS: Final decision to allow a rear setback of 10.30 feet, where 20 feet are required for the legalization of an addition to the main residence. Property is located at 190 West 53rd Street, Hialeah, zoned R-1 (One-Family District). ALL RECOMMENDATIONS MADE AT THIS MEETING WILL BE PRESENTED FOR HEARING TO THE CITY COUNCIL AT ITS MEETING OF TUESDAY, MARCH 24TH, 2026. Variance permit to allow 54 parking spaces, where 121 parking spaces are required; to allow 6.84% pervious area, where 10% is the minimum required; to allow partial waiver of minimum landscape requirements through landscape mitigation as per Sec. 98-2235, and to allow 0 feet landcape buffer between off-street parking and the right-of-way on West 83rd Street and West 84th Street, where a minimum 7 feet landcape buffer is required. Property is located at 550 West 84th Street, Hialeah, zoned M-1 (Industrial District).
