Pursuant to Section 33-310.1(A)(I) of the Code of Miami- Dade County, the Assistant Director of the Department of Regulatory and Economic Resources has approved the following Substantial Compliance Determination:
D2025000012 - Substantial Compliance Determination for “Outdoor Storage Driveway Access” located at 3025 NW 123rd Street, Miami- Dade County, Florida.
The submittal includes plans entitled “Outdoor Storage Driveway Access” prepared by RSP Engineers, consisting of 16 sheets stamped as received on September 26, 2025, and 3 sheets prepared by Terrescape, Inc., stamped as received on November 26, 2025, for a total of 19 sheets, that were found to be substantially in accordance by the Department of Regulatory and Economic Resources with the previous plan approved pursuant to Resolution No. 5-ZAB-229-94 passed and adopted by the Metropolitan Dade County Zoning Appeals Board.
