NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING AND TOWN HALL MEETING OF THE SOUTH-DADE VENTURE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT The Board of Supervisors of the South-Dade Venture Community Development District will hold a regular meeting and a town hall meeting on April 23, 2026, at the Waterstone Clubhouse, Phase II, 1355 Waterstone Way, Homestead, FL 33033. The regular meeting will start at 4:00 PM, and the town hall meeting will start at 6:00 PM. The purpose of the town hall meeting is for the Board and District Management to present information to the residents of the Waterstone community and members of the general public about District business and operations. A copy of the meeting agenda for the regular meeting may be obtained at the offices of the District Manager, 5385 N. Nob Hill Road, Sunrise, Florida 33351, during normal business hours. At the regular meeting, the Board will also consider any other business which may properly come before it. The meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting. The regular meeting and town hall meeting are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate by telephone. At the above location there will be present a speaker telephone so that any interested person can attend the meeting at the above location and be fully informed of the discussions taking place either in person or by telephone communication. Any person requiring special accommodations at this meeting because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the District Office at (954) 721-8681 at least five calendar days prior to the meeting. Each person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the meeting is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
