PUBLIC COMMENT ON AGENDA ITEMS TO BE HEARD AT THIS MEETING CAN BE SUBMITTED VIA AN ONLINE COMMENT FORM AND WILL BE DISTRIBUTED TO THE BOARD MEMBERS AND MADE PART OF THE RECORD.
