PUBLIC NOTICE ENTRANCE FEATURE ADVERTISEMENT Pursuant to Section 33-112, the Director of the Miami-Dade County Department of Regulatory and Economic Resources have approved with conditions the following entrance features: E2025000012: West Aventura TIC 1, LLC – Legacy West Phase 2380 NE 187th Street, Miami- Dade County, Florida Entrance Feature consisting of the construction of two (2) vehicular entry/exit controlled arm gates located on the median entrance of a mixed-use parking garage. This entrance feature will be constructed in accordance with plans prepared by Flash, Anillo Toledo Lopez, Sun-Tech Engineering, Inc. and Landscape plans by AAL Architectural Alliance Landscape, consisting of eleven (11) sheets, all dated stamped received on October 14, 2025.
