NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING SILVER PALMS WEST COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT A special meeting of the Board of Supervisors (the "Board") of the Silver Palms West Community Development District (the "District") will be held on February 26, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. at the Corsica Club, 24455 SW 119 Ave, Miami, FL 33018. At the Special Meeting, the Board is expected to consider and discuss, the minutes from the meeting of January 15, 2026, the resolution approving, confirming, and levying special assessments, discussion and consideration of an Acquisition Agreement for the Expansion Area Project between the District and the Developer, staff reports, the monthly financial reports of the District, and any other business which may lawfully and properly come before it. The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. A copy of the agenda for this meeting will be available seven days prior to this meeting and may be obtained from the District Manager, 5385 N. Nob Hill Rd., Sunrise Florida 33351 or by visiting the District's website at www.silverpalmswestcdd.com. This meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting. If a person decides to appeal any decision made by this Board with respect to any matter considered at its meeting or hearing, he or she will need a record of the proceedings, and that for such purpose, affected persons may need to insure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
