Public Notice ADMINISTRATIVE MODIFICATION ADVERTISEMENT Pursuant to Section 33-310.1(A)(V) of the Code of the Miami-Dade County, the Assistant Director of the Miami-Dade County Department of Regulatory and Economic Resources has approved with condi- tion(s) the following request for Administrative Modification: to amend Condition #2 of Resolution No. CZAB11-14-07. Process No. M2025000012 Applicant: Southeast Regional Conference of Brethren in Christ Church, Inc. Property Location: 12101 SW 56 Street, in unincorporated Mi- ami-Dade County, FL Folio No.: 30-4924-001-2470 REQUEST(S): 1. The applicant, Southeast Regional Conference of Brethren in Christ Church, Inc., requests the modification of Condition # 2 of the Resolution No. 5-ZAB-522-94, which was further amended by Resolution No. CZAB11-14-07, passed and adopted by Miami- Dade County Community Zoning Appeals Board 11 on April 19, 2007, only as it applies to the subject property, and reading as follows: FROM “2. That in the approval of the plan, the same be substantially in accordance with that submitted for the hearing entitled ‘Church for Brethren in Christ Church,’ as prepared by Brad Schiffer/Taxis, Inc., dated July 21, 1994 and consisting of two sheets, and plans entitled ‘Site # MD1268 Iglesia Hermosa,’ as prepared by AW Solutions Inc., dated stamped received 7/5/06 and consisting of 7 sheets, and a survey entitled ‘Iglesia Hermosa,’ as prepared by BSI & Associates, dated stamped received 7/5/06, consisting of 1 sheet, and ‘Landscape and Irrigation Plan,’ as prepared by Ludovici & Orange Consulting Engineers, Inc., dated stamped received 8/18/06 and consisting of 1 sheet.” TO “2. That in the approval of the plan, the same be substantially in accordance with that submitted for the Administrative Modification No M2025000012, entitled ‘Custom Home,’ as prepared by CTD Architecture, Inc., consisting of four (4) sheets dated stamped received December 23, 2025.” The purpose of the Administrative Modification is to permit the con- struction of a new 2,419 sq. ft. pastoral house where a barn/store was placed, the substitution is allowed under the Administrative Modifica- tion criteria stipulated in Code Section 33-310.1(A)(V)(B)(10).
