That in the approval of the plan, the same be substantially in accordance with that submitted for the Administrative Modification No M2025000012, entitled ‘Custom Home,’ as prepared by CTD Architecture, Inc., consisting of four (4) sheets dated stamped received December 23, 2025.” The purpose of the Administrative Modification is to permit the con- struction of a new 2,419 sq. ft. pastoral house where a barn/store was placed, the substitution is allowed under the Administrative Modifica- tion criteria stipulated in Code Section 33-310.1(A)(V)(B)(10).
