PUBLIC NOTICE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS RFP No. HR2026-01 INSURANCE BROKERAGE SERVICES NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of South Miami ("City") is soliciting responses from interested and qualified companies, firms, and individuals ("Proposers") for "Insurance Brokerage Services." Interested Proposers may obtain a copy of Request for Proposals RFP No. HR2026-01 (the "RFP") to be issued on January 9, 2026, at City Hall (6130 Sunset Drive, South Miami, FL 33143), on the City's website at www.southmiamifl.gov, or on DemandStar at https://network.demandstar.com/. The RFP contains detailed information about the Scope of Services, submission requirements, and selection procedures. The proposal submission shall be submitted electronically via DemandStar and marked "Proposal to City of South Miami, RFP No. HR2026-01 for Insurance Brokerage Services." The City will only accept proposal submissions electronically through the DemandStar Electronic Bid System (E-Bidding). To register as a business, go to https://network.demandstar.com/ Proposals must be received by the City by no later than 10:00 AM February 12, 2026. Any proposal submission received after this time and date will be rejected and returned unopened. Proposers are responsible for ensuring that their proposal is received in the City by the deadline.
