Existing Proposed A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI SPRINGS, FLORIDA, [APPROVING / APPROVING WITH CONDITIONS / DENYING] A SITE PLAN APPLICATION BY FAIR HAVENS PROPCO LLC FOR THE FAIR HAVENS NURSING & REHABILITATION CENTER SITE PLAN ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE APPROXIMATELY ±5.49 NET ACRES OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 201 CURTISS PARKWAY AND DESIGNATED PROPERTY FOLIO NOS. 05-3119-010- 2480 AND 05-3119-010-0620; PROVIDING FOR CONDITIONS; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
