Between NW 14 Street and NW 17 Street West of NW 118 Place, Miami-Dade County, Florida The Entrance Feature consisting of the constructions of a new lighted entry monument sign with landscaping located on the northeast corner of the intersection of NW 14th Street and NW 121st Avenue entrance reading “UPLAND PARK”. This entrance feature will be constructed in accordance with site plan prepared by PASCUAL PEREZ KILIDDJIAN STARR ARCHITECTS + PLANNERS; all dated stamped received the 17th day of June 2025, consisting of ten (10) sheets.
