NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF THE MIAMI-DADE COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS ON AMENDMENTS TO THE MIAMI-DADE COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENT MASTER PLAN The Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners (Board) will conduct a public hearing JANUARY 2025 CYCLE STANDARD APPLICATION FOR FINAL ACTION to address Application Nos. CDMP20250003, CDMP20250012, CDMP20230013 and CDMP20250002, requesting amendments to the Miami-Dade County Comprehensive Application No. CDMP20250002 (Atlantic Civil, Inc.) Development Master Plan (CDMP). You are invited to appear and be heard with respect to the Size of Area of Applicability: ±833 acres; Location: South of SW 352 Street between Card Sound proposed amendments.
